This has become necessary due to unauthorised submission of PAD files by some people. From now on, when you submit your PAD file to us, a verification email will be sent to the Author Email address contained in the PAD file. This email contains a link which you need to click on to verify the PAD file submission. From there on in the process remains the same as now.
